How SVM replaced three apps with one platform

When SVM started looking at BuildCentrix, they were running three separate tools to get a job from estimation to a cut on the shop floor. Two of those tools didn’t talk to each other; the third was a spreadsheet someone updated by hand on Friday afternoons.
Three months in, the spreadsheet is gone. The other two apps are gone too. Production is connected to payroll, payroll is connected to ERP, and the shop is running cleaner than it has in twenty years.
